Returns/Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are easy! If you purchased an item and would like to return or an exchange, please contact us at info@hornetwatersports.com for a return authorization.  

We only accept returns or exchanges of unused items purchased through Hornetwatersports.com within 30 days of the purchase date. All items including paddles must be unused, in new condition, and returned in it's original box or packaging with tags if applicable.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending returns and exchanges. All returns must be sent with valid tracking information and customer is responsible for making claims with the carrier for returns lost or damaged in transit.

All returns require a Return Authorization. 
Please contact info@hornetwatersports.com with details and reference your order number to obtain a Return Authorization. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.  Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status. Please allow 2-3 business days for this notification from when your item is received. The credit will be applied to the original method of payment for merchandise only, shipping charges will not be credited.  Exchanges will be shipped right away if in stock. 

Clearance items are final sale, no returns, refunds or exchanges.
